Roles & Responsibilities: 

•  Handle the enquiry from customers                                             

• Prepare quotation for customers

• Take and process customer POs                                         

• Follow up the order status until order closed                                        

• Deal with customer claims and deliver good service                            

• Arrange reverse logistic according to the credit policy                          

• Communicate with supply chain to ensure SLA achievement                      

• Monitor the customer demand closely and cooperate with supply chain to rationalize the inventory level                                               

• Provide support on AR chasing and dispute management for finance team  

Key Competency:

• Creates value for customers addressing known and unknown needs.

• Good verbal and written communication skills that result in a clear presentation and understanding of details and facts

Qualifications and Experience:

• College Degree or above.
• 2–3 years of customer service (order processing) experience
• ERP or SAP experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with business process flows and Sales/Distribution ERP knowledge
