高级质量主管/QA Supervisor-熟小家电类产品质量

工作职责：

1. 协助品质经理做好服务公司产品实现的供应商、外包商的质量管理工作，外发产品质量日常管理工作及协调供应商质量异常处理；
2. 根据公司质量标准，控制小家电类产品质量；
3. 协调监督QA\QC的来料检验、线上中查及尾查；
4. 监控外发工厂的生产状况，控制外发工厂的质量和生产进度；
5. 评估工厂的质量情况，及时采取纠偏措施；
6. 负责与外发工厂和线上QC一起解决生产中的质量问题；
7. 分析产品外加工生产过程、流通过程的质量异常及客户投诉，制定质量改进措施，并跟进重大质量事件的处理；
8. 负责和总部沟通质量问题，及建议解决方案。

职位要求：

1. 5年及以上工作经验，熟悉小家电或者养生类电器产品品质管理经验；
2. 熟悉小家电类产品的技术标准、工艺流程及质量管控；
3. 熟悉质量控制计划的编制及要求、有供方PPAP的审核把关及指导能力；
4. 具备运用六西格玛、新旧QC七大手法、8D等质量工程分析能力并有效主导解决项目问题；
5. 具备项目管理经验及能力，能有效协同其他部门按期达到项目目标；能对相关人员进行产品、工具方法培训确保项目批量目标达成。
