Responsibility：

Internal & External Communication

? Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers

? Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly newsletter or regular email bulletin. The jobholder may also be required to work on the copywriting and layout of content

? Introduce and localize corporate internal communication initiatives / campaigns to local employees

? Storyboard or translate ideas throughout to execute

? Use social media to communicate with staff internally if applicable

? Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form

? Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments and locations of the organization

? Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly

? Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation

? Develop and maintain sound media relationship, organize media briefing, luncheon, visits to ensure appropriate and correct message in the market

Project Management

? Execute project plans, documentation, and schedules for multiple simultaneous projects

? Support leader to run projects with the team from approval, collaboration to completion.

? Ensure successfully communication delivered to necessary parties involving in projects

? Work closely with sales, product development and operations teams to track action items.

? Connect with key individuals in global timezones as needed

? Responsible for regular project report and analysis

Requirement：

? Bachelor’s degree

? 5+ years of communication experience with a proven track record in a multinational company

? Good in writing, smart in thinking

? Experience in an in-house PR position or consultant in a PR agency is a plus

? Results-oriented. Positive, “Can-do” attitude. Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results in a fast moving environment;

? Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal

? Ability to multi-task effectively

? Strong project management skills

? Hands-on, and will work as individual contributor

? Proven ability to work in cross functional environments
