I Overall Responsibilities

Serve as the embedded software engineer in Robotics R&D China.

II Principal Accountabilities

1. Design, implement and test robotic software, ensuring ABB quality specifications are met
2. Work in software scrum team and follow SAFe process
3. Participate actively in robot system test in lab.

III Requirements

1. MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mechanical, Automation and or equivalent or equivalent degree with necessary expertise in the mentioned areas
2. Experience in embedded software development
3. Good skill level in C/C++ software development
4. Familiar with script language, e.g. python
5. Experience in Linux drive development is plus
6. Ability of professional communication in English
7. Having ability of problem solving, teamwork skills and time management,
8. Experience a positive attitude to work, engagement in the tasks and a strong result-orientation
