Key Responsibilities :

o Main role is to work with inhouse & external BI teams to do the data analysis,design & its modelling and PowerBI visualization in dashboard & reports；

o Provide professional advice to the project manager including but not limited to assisting in the implementation, priority and progress of requirements; to perform the tracking control of project requirements & tasks, and change management control；

o Assist and guarantee the quality of product delivery and complete the test of product requirement verification；

o Be responsible for collection, preparation and arrangement, and responsible for the preparation of corresponding product documents；

Requirements:

o Have the right attitude, adaptability, analytical and delivery focused；

o Up to 5 years of BA and IT experience, preferable in commercial BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview；

o 3+ years’ relevant experience in corporate finance project doing data modelling and using PowerBI；

o With experience working in Finance Department Project as Business & Financial Analyst, previous experience in Yonyou is an advantageous；

o With working experience in converting ERP’s standard dashboard & reports logic into data modelling；

o With working experience in using Agile methods in IT, digital & finance projects；

o Good experience to translate users' initial requirements into technical specification & requirements that developers can understand & use, and assist in translating requirements into PBI design & code & presentation including but not limited to dashboard and reports；

o Strong Communication Skills - English written and spoken；

o Exposure to MNCs global and local working experience；

o Familiar with one or several BI tools, Power BI (is a must) and /or Qlikview, Tableau, etc.；

o Travel in China may be required；
