职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Support business development in China.
- Represent SUEZ to meet government and local authority for project related aspects.
- Perform as the Project Manager at project early stage.
- Be responsible for EPC ‘call for tender’ and final EPC contract signature.
- Conduct reasonable project CAPEX estimation.
- Support financial model development by providing reasonable assumptions and inputs.
- Declare proper project investment amount to government and local authorities.
- Correct project scope definition.
- Competitive technical scheme.
- Realistic project assumptions.
- Timely investment estimation.
- Reasonable project schedule.
- Advanced execution plan incorporate with local condition.
- Standardized Employer’s Requirement for EPC contract.
- Smooth transaction with project execution team.
- Photovoltaic waste and recycling project experience would be preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant science (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering…)
- 5-10 years of experience in Project Management of chemical/petrochemical/power plants/cement production/environmental plants in MNC or other heavy industries or infrastructure projects as Project Engineer or above.
- People skill to deal with various stakeholders.
- Familiar with project front-end activities.
- Financial basics to have project fly.
- Project management skills of safety, quality, cost and schedule.
- Understand of all functions of project life cycle. Hands-on experience preferred.
- Flexibility under diversified business environment.
