Responsibilities:

• Contract management:
• Hard copies: follow the Contract Management Process to support contract management and filing;
• Docusign: manage contracts signed via Docusign, download all contracts and save them in one place for filing.
• Corporate:
• Manage the general corporate matters for the three China subsidiaries:
• Annual inspection from the Administration of Industry and Commence (“AIC”);
• Collect the required information from Finance, HR and other functions;
• Manage the relationship with AIC and complete the annual inspection filing under Juan’s supervision.
• Maintain corporate documents including the business licenses, legal rep’s seals, and company seals;
• Facilitate company seal usage as the company seals custodian;
• Support other corporate matters, e.g. company name/address change, legal rep change.
• Miscellaneous:
• Handle the payment process for outside counsels;
• Legal documents filing – hardcopies and e-copies;

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Fluent English;
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
