Job Functions
- Lead and drive the development and implementation of Grundfos China Digital Marketing Plan to make sure high customer touch with a smooth customer journey; And initiate relevant & efficient digital events/ activities to generate qualified leads based on solid analysis of customer behaviours.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
Lead the development of annual digital marketing plan, and work with marketing and sales organization to drive the effective implementation of digital activities.
Work closely with marketing business partners to develop relevant campaigns while leveraging available digital channels to drive performance and ensure integration with offline events.
Work closely with group stakeholders to balance group strategy/tools and local market characteristics, ultimately realize seamless connection of digital touch points and integration of customer data from different platforms.
Collaborate with commercial excellence and business development team to fully leverage digital content quality and digital advertising performance, including but not limited to product data maintenance / leads generation & management / leads conversion.
Mobilize different digital channels including but not limited to SEO / SEM / WeChat / website / digital tools / digital advertising etc. Be proactive in exploring new digital initiatives to fulfill segment needs.
Manage the digital marketing related platforms and dashboards, and responsible for monthly tracking and report of digital performance.
- Be the gate keeper of digital marketing budget with monthly tracking and reporting with group digital marketing team and China marketing BPs.
Qualification and Experience
- 5 years plus digital marketing experience, including development of digital marketing platforms, planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, customer behaviour analysis, and data management.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Strategic mindset – able to understand big picture and translate into tactical initiatives and plans
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix model (4Ps)
- Customer centric mind-set
- Strong sense of accountability and being proactive
- Systematic and structured – able to break a process down into its part and work on each either sequential or in parallel subject to needs
