1.负责贯彻执行国家有关的方针政策和贯彻执行CNAS-CL01（即《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》）、《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》及相关要求和持续改进管理体系有效性。

2.负责实验室档案资料、《实验室质量手册》、《程序文件》等管理体系重要文件的建设及管理工作。

3.确定实验室的组织结构与人员配备，明确岗位职能分工，任命技术负责人、质量负责人、质量监督员，培训实验室检测员及相关***岗位人员。

4.熟练掌握本岗位的各种检验标准。

5.负责公司仪器的配置、入帐、校验、维护、保养工作，确保满足检测工作需要。

6.检验或试验结果的记录审查。

7.实验室6S管理。

8.上级交待的其它临时工作任务。

岗位要求：

1.本科或以上学历（若是大专毕业，应从事同等工作8年以上）。

2.阅读英文技术资料及相关英文标准的能力。

3.从事相关实验室工作3年以上（不得在其它同类型实验室从事同类的实验室活动）。

4.熟练掌握CNAS所涉及的标准要求，熟悉授权签字范围内的有关检测/校准/鉴定标准/鉴定报告及流程要求（若其它条件优秀，此条可放宽要求）。

5.熟悉常用实验室仪器设备、使用规程及保养常识；熟练操作常用办公软件。

6.具有相应的电气检测基础理论和专业知识。

7.具有良好的沟通、协调能力，办事认真负责，责任心强，具有良好的团队精神。
