Digital benefits data analyst works as a key technical expert of the team to build up an intelligent employee benefits study and reporting automation platform for both internal and external use. The platform will also serve as the single portal for health & retirement clients and provide insightful financial and health analytics that empower our clients to make better decisions and give us a competitive advantage.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

1. Build up the various online benefits study framework and identify the mapping technology

2. Develop online data collection, benefits benchmarking and valuation tools by using Tableau and relevant database technology

3. Work closely with the front-end .Net developer to build up the interactive benefits reporting interface so that users can customize various reports by inputting different parameters

4. Work closely with business team to understand the business requirements and various benefits valuation and cost projection methodology then build into online benefits platform

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in a Technical Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or related field.

2. Strong statistical background and familiarity with insurance and financial management concepts

3. Advanced level of Excel VBA, Tableau and SQL server.

4. Track-record of independent learning and technical problem-solving

5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs
