1. THE ROLE

· Expand and grow the Manufacturing Consulting Practice in China

Key requisites for this role are listed below:

· Experienced in Business Consulting in the Manufacturing Industry and currently holds the role of Practice Leader, Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager or equivalent; preferably with revenue and margin targets

· Hands-on consulting engagement delivery experience a must and digital engagement experience a plus

· Substantial prior work experience in senior capacity with leading organizations

· Recognized as an industry leader & domain expert

2. THE CANDIDATE

Specifically, the candidate should have:

· Strong graduate level academic credentials – and with MBA preferred

· At least 10 years of industry and consulting experience from top-tier consulting organization(s) – leading & managing transformation program and solution implementation

· At least 5 years of experience in business development to clients at CXO/Senior management levels; with strong personal network and reputation in the Industry

· At least 5 years of Practice leadership experience – highly driven, visionary, with strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills

· Independent and at the same time an excellent team player – creative and adaptable in dynamic environments
