Job Scope / Responsibilities
？ Plan and execute appropriate business strategies to achieve revenue targets among identified accounts in China.
？ Lead business development activities working with CP and practice teams and develop new opportunities in new and existing clients within AI & Analytics domain.
？ Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives in the target clients
？ Work with practice and delivery teams to come up with winning solutions/proposals
？ Focus on sale of outsourcing/managed services and system integration services
？ Build a strong partner eco-system of product and niche partners required to differentiate in the market.

Desired Skills & Experience
？ 10- 15 years and above in IT service/related industry, working with large Global corporations
？ Strong knowledge in China or regional markets across business segments
？ Experience in large Analytics, Big Data, BI and DS/ML projects with a good awareness of the tools and technologies used in large scale biz
？ Should be a self-starter and be ready to start from the scratch and build accounts
？ Strong customer relationship building skills at various levels, from line managers to CXO level
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams. Should be a team person and able to lead different teams to a common goal
？ Ability to influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and Business side
