岗位职责：

1、理解客户意图，实现客户装修设计需求，独立量房，单谈； 

2、独立完成设计方案、装修预算方案定制，画施工平面图，局部软装设计等等； 

3、具备客户服务经验，能够快捷定义设计方案及全程跟踪 

4、有1-3年高设计经验者优先 

任职资格：1、熟练使用cad、酷家乐软件 

2、有上进心、学习能力强、热爱设计工作 

3、善于沟通，表达能力强，有团队协作精神 

4、有责任感、执行能力强、有良好的沟通表达能力 

5、工作认真负责，具有务实的工作作风，吃苦耐劳的精神，善于合作，善于发现问题、解决问题。
