Key Responsibilities

1. Manage client relationship, maintaining client satisfaction of project management, executions independently on a day-to-day basis; and ensure client services and deliverables are of a high quality consistent with Agency standard

管理客户关系，保持客户对项目管理的满意，独立决策日常事务；确保客户服务和交付物的高质量符合代理标准。

2. Lead creative brief and brain storming with the goal of achieving worthwhile outputs

领导创意brief和头脑风暴，以实现有价值的产出。

3. To develop comprehensive campaign plan / strategy and lead generation programs with guidance from AD/Planning Director, and also to develop campaign review based on data analysis

在广告/策略总监的指导下制定全面的活动计划/战略和潜在客户开发计划，并根据数据分析制定活动审查。

4. Present proposal in a way clear and logic

以清晰合理的方式提出建议

5. Coordinate internal and external resources as required (e.g. creative, production, third party specialists etc.)

根据需要协调内部和外部资源（如创意、制作、第三方等）

6. Finance management & evaluate the response in terms of revenue

财务管理和评估收入方面的响应

7. Project time & quality control

项目时间和质量的控制

Requirements:

1. Good inter-personal communication skill

良好的人际沟通能力

2. Good communication understanding & planning skill

良好的沟通理解和计划能力

3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skill

良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力

4. 4-5 years working experience in serving auto client is preferred

4-5年汽车客户服务工作经验优先

5. At least 6-7 years working experience in advertising / digital media industry / social media related industry related field
