岗位职责：

1. 负责完善公司各项规章制度，发布并监督执行情况；

2. 根据各部门人员需求，制定月度、季度、年度招聘计划，并组织实施招聘工作；

3. 根据各部门培训需求，制定年度培训计划，并组织实施培训工作；

4. 负责搭建薪酬绩效体系，发布并监督执行情况；

5. 负责办理入离转调等人事相关手续，并管理人事档案；

6. 负责统计员工考勤和休假情况，及薪资结算资料等工作；

7. 负责办理员工社保、工作居住证，员工档案等相关工作；

8. 负责受理员工投诉、咨询等相关工作，并处理劳动纠纷；

9. 负责组织各项员工活动，并宣贯企业文化；

10. 完成领导交付的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 全日制大专及以上学历，人力资源相关专业（硬性条件）；

2. 具备3年以上人事主管相关工作经验，能独立完成人事全模块工作（硬性条件）；

3. 具备优秀的沟通能力，及语言表达能力；

4. 工作认真，责任心强，学习能力强，抗压能力强。
