E-COMMERCE SALES AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

    

l  Achieve sales target with close cooperation with TP/distributor.

    

l  Build good relationship with both distributor and EC platform. Manage the distributor/TP including order fullfillment, promotion plan, and price stragety execution.

    

l  New channel study and development. Monitor and track competitors’ campaign and performance on EC channel, also the platform latest trends.

    

    

LOCAL DIGITAL MERCHANDISING & MARKETING PLAN

    

l  Make respective channel Strategy in terms of product portfolio and differentiation, consumer approach and animation plan, leveraging all kinds of resources to deliver sales achievement.

    

l  Make e-commerce sales plan (promotion mechanism, special offers, communication angle…) in line with local marketing plan, competitors benchmark and local market needs.

    

l  Work closely with internal cross-function team to continuously improve channel performance and achieve stage objective.

    

    

    

    

E-COMMERCE LOCAL OPERATIONS

    

l  Manage channel database and optimize daily operations based on data analysis including but not limited to sales trend, traffic, conversion, AOV, competitor status and activity.

    

l  Update rolling sales forecast by SKU, in particular new launches, samples and promotional items (GWP…) based on stock and sales trend.

    

l  Manage channel stock based on historical performance and business projection on SKU level.

    

l  Responsible for orders and products deliveries to TP/EC platform warehouse.

    

l  Communicate with the platform purchase manager and strive for more resources and traffic support

职位要求：

1.    Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience

2.    4 years working experience in e-commerce, especially related to JD.com. Experience in foreign cosmetic brand is a plus.

3.    Familiar with distributor and TP operation model.

4.    Bilingual Chinese & English

5.    Advanced excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

6.    Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure

7. Proactive team player with strong communication skills
