• 物业8001服务热线日常管理工作；
• 对定期客户走访工作，主动了解客户需求，听取客户建议，客户意见处理和客户服务提升负责；
• 对园区宣传活动及宣传及时性和方案负责；
• 对VIP区域服务协调工作负责；
• 每季度组织和客户沟通会，了解客户需求；
• 对重大会议保障、问题跟进及沟通协调及时性负责；
• 对园区重要参观提供接待讲解服务，熟悉园区介绍及公司历程；
• 对园区各类投诉处理，对客户升级投诉、重要事项投诉及长时间未处理的遗留问题有效处理负责。
• 建立服务热线操作指导书。
• 对于每月的客户投诉和客户反馈建立档案进行分析跟踪；
• 负责服务热线专员的培训和培养；
• 负责前台工作的管理。
• 负责园区快递收发业务的日常管理
• 对日常工单数据进行分析汇总
