JOB PURPOSE

To support daily GL and reporting work.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

？ GL entries booking including accruals, salary, amortization, allocation, royalty etc in compliance with IFRS, PRC GAAP and group reporting purpose

？ Foreign exchange revaluation

？ Review and finalize trial balance, preparing ytd and comparison data of financial reports

？ Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities

？ Preparing monthly reports, reconciliations, variance analysis

？ Coordinate with internal and external auditor

？ Database like cost element / cost center maintenances

？ Policies and procedures update

？ Weekly cash flow forecast

？ Other work assigned by manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

？ Bachelor degree

？ 4-5 years experience in GL and reporting

？ SAP experience Desirable

？ Willing to learn

？ SAP implementation experience preferred
