职位描述
-To establish best IT Governance and Practice to improve IT Operational excellence, and ensure compliance of company policy—'
-To support CIO in the implementation of IT Strategy and transformation of IT Organization
Duties and responsibilities
- Define and operationalize various IT Governance bodies
- IT budget, resource and cost management
- Lead/Support IT strategic and transformation initiatives
- Lead/Support IT Operations and Services improvement initiatives
- IT Risk and Control (exclude Information Security)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- 10-15 years' experience in Financial Industry or Fintech
- 5-10 years' experience in IT Governances
- Excellent strategic, analytical and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative with superior interpersonal skills
- Able to work under multiple tasks and deliver result on time
