Job Description

Our team charter is identify, drive, formulate & execute to optimal solutions for SMG business transformation & operation excellence. Core responsibilities of the candidate include :
1. Plan/manage work activities to meet specific objectives and timelines as set by the program or project managers
2. Rationalize evolving support needs of the organization & external business environments to enable optimal & timely support in a proactive & continuous manner by liaising among regional & headquarter stakeholders
3. Understand overall implementation plan & formulate flawless execution tactics
4. Identify improvement opportunities to achieve OpX
5. Follow through support requests & drive for timely closure addressing business needs including existing solution and / or new quick hit fixes

Qualifications

1. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field with three years+ related experience.
2. Working knowledge in applying Program Life Cycle (PLC) and Project management concept to improve operations workflow & to drive effective solutions
3. Analytical thinking & problem solving skills along with process and detail orientation to formulate tactics as well as result & customer orientation
4. Self-starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity & under pressure, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables
5. Ability to interface with multi-leveled employees with solid communication, presentation, and influencing skills
6. Understanding on one or more the following business processes : revenue, demand supply, sample, compliance, pipeline management and supply chain, the data models & system interdependencies behind the processes
7. Fluent English is a pre-requisite, speaking & reading Mandarin and/or Japanese would be an added advantage
