• Plan and implement business and marketing strategies including development and implementation of effective business plans, and setting up business targets & sales projections

• Lead branding team to assess strengths and providing them functional guidance to enhance their competencies and skills

• Integrate digital , PR marketing and other plans while ensuring consistency of brand message across all platforms to develop local marketing actions

• Analyze industrial trend , competitors' activities, and modify / implement new strategies accordingly in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives

• Control the team budget expenses  within planned budget / AOP

任职要求：

  

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, science or other related majors , focus on branding experience , MBA preferred

• At least 10 years marketing or brand management in MNC, 5 years’ experience in marketing leader for complex product / brand lines.

• Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration

• Exposure to industry business is a plus

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills both English & Chinese

• Advanced skills in MS office and networking skill
