工作职责：

1、根据公司制定的销售指标，对社群销售转化负责；

2、以社群作为枢纽，有效沟通了解、挖掘用户需求，维护和管理社群；

3、解答用户疑问并灵活推荐相关课程，保证用户在社群中有良好的课程及服务体验；

4、可以开拓资源、研究行业趋势、竞争对手等工作。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历；

2、1-2年销售经验者优先，教育行业课程顾问、电话销售、社群运营者更佳；

3、诚信正直，喜欢挑战，心态积极热情，有良好的情绪控制和压力承受能力；

4、具备良好的沟通和计划协调能力，学习能力强。

薪资4K纯底薪+4K基础基数绩效*绩效转化率，平均估计在8-15K左右

年底有年终奖 提供免费三餐，七险一金 晚上下班打车报销 工作时间1点到10点，大小周休息，暂定休息周一周二
