职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Verify employee reimbursement and supporting document according to Sartorius policy and governmental regulation
? Verify vendor payment application and supporting document according to Sartorius policy and governmental regulation
? Verify 3rd party GR/IR
? Responsible for bank maintenance and bank payment process
? Responsible for bank reconciliation
? Responsible for Custom VAT declaration.
? Responsible for vendor master data creation and maintenance.
? Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely AP posting as well as AP account settlement
? Assist statutory audit, internal audit and tax audit
? Ad-hoc assignment assigned
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree with Finance/Accounting background
? Minimum 2 years professional experience in MNC
? Experience of SAP is a must.
? Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good spoken and written English and Chinese
? Self-motivated and can work under high pressure
? Strong work ethic and reliability
