Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
·Planning 规划、计划:
1.Following market needed, plan in advance promotion to propose.
2.Plan promotional activity for dep. stores
3.Set a promotion program for Florentia to achieve sell out target
4.Plan stock sales location to reduce the end of season return
·Management 管理:
1.Manage weekly transfer and reorder procedure reducing transfer cost, optimizing right product in right place
2.Manage a product feedback loop to collect important information for the SCC development
·Finance 财务、预算:
1.Optimize the transfers between area saving costs in transportation
2.Control shop stock to reduce the quantity before sales and end of season
·System and Processes 体系与流程
1.Set and control the transfer / reorder system for all the area to optimize the stock allocation
2.Define a product feedback with retail department to collect and issue regular base report
·People Management and Training (Development) 人员管理与培训发展:
1.Train local managers and store manager on transfer procedure and manage the system 2.Train the staff on reorder procedure and control that is followed properly
Requirements 任职要求
·Knowledge / Experience 知识/经验:
3-5 years product or merchandising experience
·Personal Competencies/Attributes 胜任能力:
1.Must be very active, self-motivated and creative, with a good sense of logic and data.工作积极主动、较强的主观能动性及创新意识、较强的逻辑及数据意识
2.Strong organization, inter-personal, strong analysis, problem solving ability and skills较强的组织协调、人际关系、分析及问题处理能力及技巧
3.Be fluent in English both of spoken and writing. (Must proof this in probation )
英语流利(若入职时达不到的,试用期内必须达到此要求)
·Educational Background 教育背景:
University degree, major in statistic preferred.
·PC/Language/Other Skills: 计算机/言语/其他技能:
1.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Excel and Powerpoint.非常熟悉办公软件,尤其是EXCEL软件操作
