Key Responsibilities:

• responsible of everyday customer support and logistic department and processes
• essential driver in the responsibility is to support and provide the company customers and sales department from the customer support department harmonized interfaces to ensure clear communication with short response time
• this role is key and managing function of China customs relations to ensure the daily import and export customs clearance of goods is processed with precision and care. You will manage and lead an organization with customer support team in China and warehouse operations team in China
• report directly to the factory manager in China, with a dotted line to the global logistics and customer support manager
• customer support and logistics development project with local, regional and global topics is a part of the daily work. You will be a member of the China Factory management team and the global logistics and customer support management team   

Key Requirements:

• have documented experience from five-ten years working as a customer support / service / logistics manager within an international company
• having minimum five years experience as a manager of ten employees or more 
• holding a bachelor or master degree from university 
• speaking and writing English fluently 
• have high competence and know how in import/export customs clearance process 
• experience of working in ERP systems, and how its structure is built up 
• have experience working with CRM system as a tool in the daily work
• experience is the logistics supply chain process. Manage the: Forecast, order, planning, dispatch and distribution flow
• have knowledge and experience in working with domestic and international logistics transport modes and functions
