Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for assisting and coordinating purchase production materials and other materials, purchase order follow-up and assist in vendor quality monitoring and follow-up.

2.Work and communicate with production/inventory team on material planning and requirements. Make sure the availability of materials. Assist material forecasting according to marketing/sales forecasting.

3.Place Purchase Orders according to material requirements and other purchase requisitions and get PO acknowledgement/confirmation from vendors.

4.Follow-up execution/progress of each PO and assuring vendor deliver on time.

5.Create forecasting and order to Musco US team for imported material and keep good communication with them.

6.Participate in maintaining good relationship with vendors.

7.Keep timely record of vendor performance on delivery, quality and service.

8.Maintain good cooperation with all other functions/departments. Provide good purchasing service to other team members/departments for indirect materials.

9.Assist in the actions of material localization.

10.Fulfill other jobs as assigned.



Qualifications/Requirements:

1.Minimum 2-year-college graduate or above, prefer major on technical or business.

2.Self-discipline, self-motivation and initiative personal character.

3.Good command of English reading and written communication skills, oral communication preferred.

4.Good computer skill on office software is a must.

5.Minimum 1 year purchasing/commercial experience
