Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Answer and transfer telephone calls;

2. Responsible for reception of visitors and guests, such as meeting room arrangement, welcome

board preparing, hotel reservation etc.

接待来访访客/客户, 会议安排,欢迎牌安排,酒店预订等

3. Ticket booking if needed

协助预订机票

4. Responsible for daily operational issues, e.g. mailing/express, office maintenance,

phone list updates, staff card made etc.

处理日常工作: 收发邮件, 办公室维护, 更新公司通讯录, 门禁卡制作等

5. Company bus arrangement

日常班车安排

6. Assist the application for payment requisition

协助申请行政类费用付款凭证

7. Business card

名片制作

8. Provide administrative support to different departments and other administrative tasks assigned

when necessary.

为每个部门提供行政支持

9. Other support to HR Department.

Work Schedule:

1. Mon-Fri

周一至周五

2. Overtime as required.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

1. College degree or above

大专及以上学历

2. Shanghai resident preferred, 25-35 years old

上海户籍佳，22-30岁

3. More than 1 year related working experience

一年以上相关工作经验

4. Good command of English (CET4 or above), good at MS Office software.,

良好的英语听说读写能力（大学英语4级及以上）, 良好的计算机操作能力
