工作内容：

• 筛选电话，对要求提供信息的请求给出适当的答复；

• 协助国内外商务旅行的后勤安排；

• 管理CEO的议程，在内部和外部回复会议要求以及接待访客；

• 协调经理之间的时间安排；

• 文档制作(准备报告和财务数据、矩阵、特定图表等)；

• 偶尔为客户安排晚宴/签字仪式；

• 定期准备每两周一次的“中国新闻评论”：在中国和国际媒体上，精选与中国政治和经济形势相关的文章，并报道泰雷兹中国的商业活动；

• 完成经理交办的其他工作。

• 大专学历或以上，必须是在校生，否则无法办理入职；

• 至少能工作3个月以上，每周三天；

• 认真，细心，踏实，有责任心；

• 熟练使用word，excel等office办公软件。

• 税后本科生120/天，研究生150/天。
