JOB PURPOSES:

Support project migration team for business requirement understanding, business impact analysis, business reconciliation before and after data migration, etc.

Work as a bridge between data migration, function and finance share service center team and ensure there’s no discrepancy during the data migration process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with project data team for business requirement understanding and impact analysis.

· Understand the process in new finance ERP system and work as SME from business to support the data migration from legacy systems to new ERP system

· Determine the source of required data, format data and review/test to validate results/data quality.

· Perform finance data reconciliation, classification and support on data cleansing exercises.

· Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to support business operations.

· Work on continuous improvement of the business process.

· Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.

· Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

· Strong capability on PPT preparation and presentation

· Strong knowledge on end to end finance operation process

· Strong business analysis skills on finance related data, systems, applications

· Experience with finance reporting and data analysis is a must.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Must be able to take ownership of tasks and projects and consistently deliver on time, high quality results with minimal supervision.

· Finance ERP experience on one of Maconomy, Kingdee, Yongyou, Sage is a big plus

· Finance ERP support experience is a big plus
