职位描述

Responsibilities on project business/工程业务职责:

1. 销售订单管理(销售订单的制作,库存的查询,交货期的确认,合同双方的确认,预付款的执行,协调生产,协调质检,协调物流,制作单证,文件汇总归档等) ; Manage all the aspects of sales orders(including order-making, stock-checking, confirmation on delivery-terms, payment terms checking, mutual confirmation on sales order, down-payment settlement, coordination on production, QC, logistics, documentation etc.).

2. 汇总销售数据供各个团队进一步分析和使用以便提升整个公司的绩效; Collect all relative sales data for teams to make further analysis and statistics in order to improve the corresponding performance of the company.

3. 整理财务的日收款并把款项对应到相应的订单/客户以备后续工作开展; Keep records on daily payment collection and allocate the payments to each order/each customer for further activities.

4. 向生产部报送生产计划、备货计划; Submit the sales orders and delivery plans to Production Department;

5. 配合销售工作中的各种计划和任务的实施执行; Coordinate with implementation of various sales-related plans and tasks;

6. 往来业务信函、邮件的管理; Manage business letters and emails;

7. 备货、发货, 根据订单紧急情况合理调整库存以及制单,处理客户投诉。 Follow up orders, arrange deliveries based on urgent level, balance stock and relative documentation; handle customer complaints.

8. 其它客服经理分配的工作。 Other jobs which is designated by CS manager.

Responsibilities on retail business/零售业务职责:

1. 熟悉各个产品的基础知识以便快速解除客户的疑虑促成最终业务成交。 Be familiar with the basic knowledge of each product to have quick response to the customer's inquiries and doubts and make the final deal.

2. 负责接待京东旗舰店上的访客,快速回应客户,以促成交易。 同时对达成交易和没有达成交易的客户进行登记汇总以便内部团队进一步分析成交/丢单的真正原因。 Be responsible for greeting visitors of E-shop located in JD in fast way to have deals. To have the records on the successful deals and failed deals in order to allow other teams to carry out further analysis for figuring out the real factors of success/ failure.

3. 负责分配京东旗舰店上的订单到门窗厂,并进行各个环节的必要跟踪 To allocated the JD order to corresponding fabricator and follow from beginning to the end.

4. 负责做好相关数据统计以便相关团队分析使用 To keep all the corresponding data in systematic way in order to allow all other teams to carry out further analysis.

5. 快速处理客户投诉:及时通知相关团队,并敦促门窗厂尽快解决 To handle customer complaints in a timely manner: to inform all the related teams and follow and urge the fabricators to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

6. 跟踪客户满意度,以便对合作的施工单位进行分级。 To follow up customers’ satisfaction in order to have further ranking on the fabricators, then customers can have better choice on fabricators in the future.

7. 定期回访已经安装门窗的客户,提升客户满意度,以促成二次销售和朋友圈销售。 To have regular checking and communication with the customers who already bought services in order to improve the customers’ satisfaction to boost the second sales or Wechat sales.

8. 其它客服经理分配的工作。 Other jobs which is designated by CS manager.
