1.负责项目机电通风空调工程、消防工程、给排水、电气工程量清单的编制审核、招标控制价预算的编制审核；

2.负责机电施工图纸工程量审核、建立工程量台帐；工程量清单编制、招标控制价预算的编制等工作；

3.负责在建和新开项目的材料申购审核、机电资金计划的统计；

4.负责对新开项目实行合同价款的施工单位及班组进度款、工程签证、工程竣工结算；

5.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，工程造价、机电工程、工程管理等相关专业；

2.三年以上施工单位或造价咨询单位机电造价管理工作经验；

3.对安装施工工艺了解，熟悉综合单价的拆分，对市场价格了解，能熟练使用预算软件熟悉算量、计价等专业知识，熟悉国

家定额、工程造价市场情况、材料设备的市场价格、现行工程造价规范 及操作规程；熟悉机电专业各项指标含量、精通机电

预结算工作；

4.有较强的业务能力与协调沟通能力，具备团队管理与建设能力；熟练使用相关预算软件和OFFICE办公软件。

5.工作认真细致，具有良好的责任心，沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。
