This position shall have full responsibility of assigned commodities on both strategic and tactical level

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责

 

Indirect and T&L Commodity Management

·           Define & implement regional strategy for Indirect and T&L

·           Build and optimize standard process for Indirect purchasing and T&L management

·           Develop, maintain & optimize regional supply base to achieve operational excellence

·           Leading Identify & build saving funnel to drive cost reduction.

·           Improve supplier performance

·           Improve supplier payment term

 

Global Logistics management

·           Manage and negotiate VMI contract with Suppliers. Supervise and assist suppliers with 3PL policies, processes, procedures and other authorized carriers

·           Coordinate and interface with Global sites and Asia suppliers to ensure reasonable HUB inventory to reduce air freight and avoid line shut down

·           Make intellect decision to consolidate supplier shipments to minimize logistic cost and satisfy global site material schedule and requirement

 

Other: Support to IPO Team including documentation standardization, invitation letter, etc.

Education/Work Experience:

教育(专业)/工作经验

 

·           Bachelor degree in Logistic /supply Chain preferred

·           Sound knowledge and understanding of Global logistics and/or Import & Export

·           Good understanding of Global manufacturing processes and factory operations

·           Minimum 5 years related logistics management and indirect commodity management experience

·           Comfortable with functioning in a global matrix operating environment

·           Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·           Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.

·           Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent oral and written skills both in English and Mandarin
