职位描述
我们的客户是一家在设计、生产和销售计量级在线3D检测产品上拥有悠久历史的公司，其总部位于加拿大温哥华。在全球3D检测领域排名第四，加拿大250家名企中排名95也是加拿大50家Best Workplaces之一
具体要求:
1.经常访问潜在客户站点以支持技术层面的售前活动
2.对客户发送的样品进行测试（以确定我们的传感器是否满足应用要求）并报告结果
3.与客户紧密合作，确定技术要求并为客户的应用提出解决方案
4.创建用于测试，演示和评估目的的软件，以促进LMI产品的使用和销售。所有软件均在R＆D软件设计指南之内并与R＆D部门合作创建
5.在公司的场所或客户的场所为现有和潜在客户提供培训或产品演示
6.与主要客户在技术层面建立牢固的关系
7.将所有客户支持互动记录在客户支持票务软件中，确保定期更新这些记录，并在最快的时间内解决问题
8.与销售和市场部门合作制作技术销售材料
9.与销售和市场部门合作制作培训材料
10.熟悉销售和营销流程，并在这些流程中工作并提供支持
