职责描述：

?Conduct detailed PHEV/BEV OBD&safety calibration and validation activities according to specific guidelines. Including PHEV functional diagnosis, safety1&2 calibration, OBD Fleet, GPF rolling, and trouble shooting.

? participate in road tests for PHEV/BEV applications, like hot trip, altitude trip and cold trip.

?Analyse test results, optimize PHEV/BEV OBD&safety calibration, prepare and present test reports to PHEV calibration project.

? Achieve development targets with strict budgets and timescales. 

?Make report for all of tests done, provide technical solution(software or calibration evolution) for issues found during test

? Design evolution and validate PIV result during development phase

? Communicate with PSA worldwide development teams, JV team, supplier and report to project team

? Other task assigned by manager

任职要求：

？ Education:

- Master or above degree is prefered

- Major in:

Electrical and Electronic engineering

Vehicle and powertrain mechanical engineering

Thermal energy and Power engineering

？ Working experience: 

- 3 ~ 5 years’ experience of powertrain calibration in NEV vehicle or supplier industry

？ Technical knowledge:

- Vehicle/powertrain fundamental

- Knowledge of NEV battery energy management and control

- Knowledge of Electrical motor design and control

- Knowledge of plug-in charging design, test, and validation

？ Coordination and communication skills

？ ＞=3 year driving experience - C1 license or above
