· Proactively drive and direct HEOR (health economics and outcomes research) and RWE (real world Evidence) communication strategy and publication plan in alignment with Canbridge business plan, supervise the execution of HEOR projects and studies to demonstrate health and economic value for Canbridge products.

· Lead strategies development of value propositions for Canbridge products, drive the value communication with Key decision makers to maximize market access opportunities for Canbridge products.

· Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submission documents for new products Market Access in China mainland, provide related support to Hong Kong and Taiwan if required.

· Keep up-to-date of disease burden for oncology and rare disease.

· Consistently engage HE experts and payers to optimize the patient access for Canbridge products.

1) Creatively drive the development of HEOR/RWE strategies, publication plan and projects to secure the HEOR/RWE evidences for market access and promotional activities of Canbridge products, including studies of cost effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis, patient reported outcomes and real world data analysis. Provide inputs and integrated HE parameters into clinical trials and other market development programs to support Canbridge products. Effectively develop strategy to communicate HEOR results as abstracts, posters, publications, presentations at conferences, courses and peer-reviewed journals

2) Lead HE plan and activities of engagement with HE related experts and other stakeholders, consistently deliver value messages and burden of diabetes to stakeholders, optimize the patient access of Canbridge products.

3) Drive the studies of the disease burden, update the relevant data to meet business needs timely. Provide technical support to business actively and timely.

4) Timely monitor and assess HTA developing trends in NN China, and lead the preparation of HTA dossiers for Canbridge products based business needs, provide HTA support to related stakeholders, Hong Kong or Taiwan by requirement.
