Job Description

- Project lead in the field of engineering services for ESP development

- Construct project plan (technical solutions, work packages, time schedule, ...)

- Support sales with technical proposal, quotation, pricing and contract with customer/supplier

- Execute project until final software delivery to customer (planning of work packages and resources, collection and follow-up of open project topics, cost controlling, ...)

- Lead customer joint meetings and tests

- Use and improve existing tools for project management

- Interface to customers for all project related topics

- Close cooperation with Bosch Business units, BEG/ECN (engineering team), RBEI and BEG Germany

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master degree in automobile engineering

- More than 3 years work experience in the field of brake acutation engineering

- Excellent skills in communication and customer relationship

- Ability to stand up for decision taken

- Excellent project leadership and team work spirit

- Good language skills (Chinese and English)

- Understanding of different cultures and working styles (China, Germany, US)

- Good driving skills and understanding of vehicle dynamics
