【岗位职责】

1. 资源整合策略制定：能够深度了解业务目标和需求，拥有一定的社会资源（基于流量端），对目前主流互联网行业的跨界合作有开拓和整合能力；

2. 具备一定的电商运营经验，基于不同平台增长策略的制定，参与制定用户增长整体核心战略规划，能依据战略目标和用户洞察拆解运营工作；

3. 对各个渠道拥有一定的渠道经验，负责管控各个供应商或者代运营公司，对GMV对成本、对ROI负责；

4. BD/异业合作：丰富的行业、渠道资源，根据公司品牌定位与整体策略，达成BD或跨界合作，获取优质流量在平台形成销售转化、并有效提升品牌知名度及影响力。

5. 用户洞察及市场分析：积极分析竞品，行业及消费者特征，保持对市场的敏感性，提炼核心策略，培养用户成长周期习惯。

【任职要求】

1. 具备互联网公司合作资源并且有成功整合BD的案例(***是有平台级合作标杆案例)；

2.C端用户增长、用户运营、市场、商务拓展相关工作经验，具有较强的渠道管理能力；

3.数据驱动，分析决策能力强；善于推动工作快速落地，以结果为导向；

4. 具备系统性的策略思考能力和快速学习能力，***对大公司财税法管理有一定的专业了解；

5.亲和力强，善于沟通，语言表达能力强。做事靠谱主动，自我驱动力强；

6.具备敏锐的用户思维洞察力，善于思考、敢于创新，善于寻找各种方法实现增长目标。
