Fulltime Consultant

Consultants form the backbone of the IBC project teams. As Consultants, they are integral for designing and guiding project execution and fieldwork. IBC Consultants manage and lead projects independently. They are the critical touch points for clients and trusted guides for junior staff.

Job Description:

-          Manage project on fee, time, resources and team members

-          Conduct research and review

-          Conduct interviews, analysis, interpretation and recommendations

-          Liaise with outsourcers and research analysts when necessary

-          Write reports

-          Supervise ACs and interns in project support

Requirements:

-          MBA graduates or 2-3 years of working experience with relevant responsibilities

-          Outstanding academic credentials obtained in top universities/business schools

-          Good at logical thinking, analyzing and problem solving

-          Fluent in both Mandarin and English

-          Open to business travel

-          Highly motivated, independent, energetic, and confident

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-          Previous working experience in Consulting is preferred
