Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Build customer service delivery strategy and annual tactics based on standard Customer Services Programs, internal trainer certification programme and company metrics to support increased improvement
• Provide strategic performance consulting services.  Work closely with leadership to identify
• performance gaps, build individual & team competence and develop feasible programs that closely link to individual & team development and measure execution.
• Measure success of the program with the business and implements the measurement process.  Follow up any learning interventions or program to ensure application and effectiveness of learning. Use tools to motivate and engage learners.
• Apply digital technologies in on-going training & development programme design and the delivery of existing and future training programs.
• Identify campus recruitment strategy, plan, and channels for Property Executive (PE) Programme in PRC. Partner with centre HR to manage the hiring process including campus recruitment event, online test, interview and etc.  Manage early stage engagement of PE candidates.  Identify the engagement plan, and regularly monitor engagement level of PE.
• Manage corporate WeChat recruitment account & career website including content collection and calendar, image management, online response, results tracking and overall best practice use
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Experience in design, development and delivery of a wide range and scope of Customer Service, Certification and soft skill programs.
• Experience with current and emerging technology tools and platforms that will transform the delivery of learning products in the future
• Is goal-oriented and results-driven.  Has the innate ability to inspire passion in others.  Must interact effectively on cross-organizational teams and be able to maintain constructive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Deals well with ambiguity and can effectively cope with change and demonstrate the ability to shift direction as needed to address emerging organization and cross-departmental needs
• Experience of team management, mentoring and coaching.  5 years’ experience in a management role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Human Resources, and Organizational Development.
