职位描述
Responsbilities:
- Direct selling of service to new customers within the region Result: New business won
- Improvement of Business within existing Edwards Service Accounts either / both in terms of Margin, Contract Term &/or Coverage: Result: Increased revenue or profitability
- Retention and Support of Existing Business Result: No business lost
- Support New Product Sales or in support of major bids where service profile is key to winning of the business. Result: Edwards increases installed base within region and development of future new Service Business. Protect the reputation of Edwards Service Business
- Market Intelligence and provide feedback to Service Sales Manager to enable better understanding of customer needs and trends. Result: Edwards develops the correct solutions for customers / markets.
- Debts and un-invoice management to make sure customer pay on time.
- lead the business model change within the response Key account.
- Report on Competitor OEM and 3rd Party Service Activity Result: Edwards has a better understanding of market conditions and threats
- Develop relationships with Edwards service customers. Deliver to customers presentations, contract documents and manage follow up with regular reviews for key customers.
- Develop and maintain competitive profiles. Monitor marketplace trends and changes.
- Report results of service activities and provide important business information to the management. Identify and communicate customer needs to the Company in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- 5 Years Minimum of working within Edwards Service or Business + experience of selling or supporting commercial proposals.
- A proven track record, with a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in service management (with commercial exposure) or capital equipment sales.
- Knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Field Service, Hub Service and Finance Control is preferred. Experience of drafting and negotiating service & or commercial contract agreements
- Good customer intimacy and Negotiation skills. Good understanding and perception of customers’ demands. Effectively dealing with internal and external customers
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Professional presentation skills. MS office proficiency
- Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills.
- A BSc degree or equivalent degree is required.
