岗位职责：

1、根据公司需要及相关管理规定，做好会议室的检查和维护工作；

2、会议室巡查及会议室日常使用协调；

3、会议室设备（包括音响、视频、移动设备）的日常维护、使用和检修，以确保各项会议顺利进行；

4、会议器材的保管和使用管理； 

5、会议跟进，大型会议及视频会议的现场服务，会后还原跟进；

6、完成项目负责人交办的其它任务。

任职要求：

1、中专以上学历，应届毕业生优先考虑；

2、工作认真负责，有团队精神;

3、具备一定的电工理论知识与实操能力，持有效的电工上岗证。
