工作职责:

1. Create sales plan and achieve company sales target and building long term client relationships to maintain preferred supplier status

2. Implement and improve internal sales process under legal and finance requirements, and further develop company’s brand image and products/services in the markets

3. Customer territory and contact management

4. Work closely with other function departments in market research and analysis, identify potential business growth opportunities and be aware of competition in markets, to help formulate relevant business strategies

5. Maintain solid knowledge of all GenomiCare services and value propositions for appropriate cross-selling opportunities

6. Working in a consultative manner, identify opportunities and collaborate with function leaders to develop winning and integrative solutions across within and across technology verticals

7. Support Dept. Head for proposal and pricing strategy, bid-defense meeting, and ensure appropriate hand-off to delivery team liaising within project

8. Be the senior point of escalation for delivery/operational issues and arrange for follow through of resolutions via the appropriate departments

任职资格:

1 Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong capability in hitting sales target

2 Previous experience working in Clinical services or eClinical technology company, preferably in a clinical CRO/SMO, Life Sciences / Precision Medicine Company or Consulting background specializing in Life Sciences and Precision Medicine.

3 Previous experience in both sales and delivery roles are preferred

4 Experiences in Clinical Development, or Molecular Biology, or Bioinformatics, or software/system applied during clinical development project

5 Passionate, self-motivated, innovative, proactive, and collaborative

6 Goal-oriented with strong critical thinking, problem solving and execution capabilities

7. Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, be available to influence and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients and customers

8. Comfort working in a fast-paced, and start-up environment and be capable of reacting swiftly to changing business demands

9. Should be driven to deliver quality results on time and in a highly ethical and professional manner

10. Knowledge with project management operation is a plus.
