Title: e-Commerce Executive

Headcount Type: Contractor (sign contract with CIIC, and work with VF)

Key Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for E-com sales and operations. Achieve E-com sales target by operations excellence.

 

Key Result Areas:

• Planning- support line manager to develop annual plan & responsible for monthly plan development, includes developing building blocks (i.e., key products, sales windows, etc.) and gain internal & external resource such as media, product, discount, campaign to achieve the target

• Execution & optimization- monitoring KPI process, include sales, uv, conversion, continuously optimize content/discount/traffic

• Reporting & data analysis- monthly forecast & review, report variance and deep dive OI to improve business performance

• Relationship building- internal cross team (Product, marketing team, etc.) & external platform & partners especially Tmall ‘xiaoer’.

Working Experience: Prior 2-3 years' experience in E-Com sales, operations preferred; also open to 1-2 years' experience.

 

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor's
