1.     Involve in the budget proposal review in bidding process and clinical contract review from financial angle

2.     Work closely with operation team as a business partner for project analysis and project level financial review, including but not limited to POC%/Realization%/Project CM%/over-burn rate/risk management, to support better decision-making process and provide financial recommendations as needed;

3.     Oversee all of the financial management on project level, including CO progress tracking, billing, AR collection and financial reconciliation for the assigned projects;

4.     Assist to prepare required reports for month-end closing and management financial review, including revenue/backlog/utilization/billable coverage report;

5.     Assist to optimize the current project financial management process, and make recommendation to improve the project delivery management system or pricing strategy

6.     Other ad hoc analysis when called upon.

 

Requirement

 

1.     Bachelor degree in finance/accounting or above and 211 preferred;

2.     At least 3 years’ financial related experience in a multinational company, with at least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, and big 4 or global CRO project finance experience is a plus;

3.     Excellent communication & interpersonal skill and English proficiency is a must (can be used as working language);

4.     Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience in Access and knowledge about big data and data analysis is a plus

5.     Mature, detail oriented and result –driven style, and be able to work under pressure.
