· Manage Production at COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. to exceed customer expectations

· Primary owner of production aspects of COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. Business (manufacturing, quality, etc.).

· Coach and run production of SAP (ERP system) at COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

· Reporting to the Operation Manager of COMET China

· Support the transfer of exiting product manufacturing lines to COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

· Promote and support Lean Management and Six Sigma activities.

· To supervise production team to conduct their work performances.

· To manage and control all production expenses and to formulate the equipment management regulation, the equipment repair and maintenance procedures and the purchasing and acceptance procedures for equipment and parts.



Job requirements

· Bachelor/Master in Business Administration with technical background or Technical background with additional economical degree

· Experience in working in an international company's subsidiary with headquarters abroad

· Strong Expertise in Lean Management

· Previous experience as Project Manager, Head of Production in an industrial environment, with P&L responsibility

· Demonstrated background managing an environment that requires a high sense of urgency, strong results orientation, budgeting experience and solid understanding of practices and procedures

· Experience in working in a matrix organization on an international level

· Good financial skills

· Planning & organization skills

· Judgment & decision making skill

· Results- and target-oriented

· Ability to work under stressful conditions

· Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

· Proven Leadership skills
