POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will serve as a sales manager with experience in transport, storage and bulk logistics, and his clients are chemical, petrochemical and other related companies
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing new project and managing some key accounts ensuring that customer base continually improved. This role will be also responsible for new offices development and management.
- Working closely with Commercial Manager, this is a challenging business development and management role which will ensure that the profit demands of the region are met and maintained to the highest standards.
- Due to the nature of the activities, previous experience of business development and management capability is essential.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- To develop long-term relationship with key accounts with maximizes profitability.
- To identify potential customers and develop customer base.
- To deliver business solutions.
- New office development and management
- More than 8 years working experience in logistic
- Excellent ability to speak read and write in both English and Chinese.
- Project management experience in logistics industry.
- High levels of self-drive, enthusiasm and implementation capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a relationship builder, a strong communicator and a team player
- Good understanding of chemical logistics operations.
- Learns quickly, able to develop a good knowledge of the organization and its people.
- Strong customer focus and result-oriented
- Business development competence and ability to provide ‘hands on’ support.
