1、根据公司发展战略，制定公司人力资源整体规划与招聘计划并实施；
2、根据公司发展规划和现状完善公司人力资源管理制度，并负责推动和监督各项管理制度的执行情况；

3、根据公司培训体系，分析特定人群培训需求，制定培训方案并实施；

4、根据行业和公司发展状况，制定公司薪酬体系、激励体系并负责实施；

5、负责每月招工、退工及社保和公积金的缴纳工作；

6、负责每月考勤审核、工资计算及个税申报等薪酬工作，年度平均工资申报工作；

7、负责公司各部门人员的业绩考核，有效实现绩效考核的目的；

8、熟悉用人相关法律法规，建立内外部沟通渠道和公共关系，协调处理劳务争议，申报工伤等，建立和谐的劳动关系；

9、负责编制年度人力费用预算并监督实施；
10、推动公司理念及企业文化的建设，制定员工活动；
11、完成上级领导下达的其他工作。

岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理专业毕业优先考虑；
2、至少5年以上人力资源部岗位工作经验，2年以上物业类公司管理工作经验；
3、熟悉相关劳动法律法规，人力资源管理六大模块均有深入的认识，能够指导各个职能模块的工作；
4、有一定的文字功底，语言表达、综合管理能力强，善于进行人际沟通协调，有团队协作精神；
5、工作积极主动、认真负责，具有良好的职业道德，亲和力佳，个性开朗，踏实稳重。
