Job Responsibilities

Overview
· Manage the company operations in the selected China market region and apply an energetic, entrepreneurial and proactive approach to grow the business
· Service all company customers in the market region

Market Development
· Be responsible for all aspects of customer relationships in China, including the assurance of customer satisfaction of each individual restaurant manager. Focus on being 'close to customer' at all times
· Proactively introduce and promote new company and Norwood products to our customers in China on a regular basis
· Ensure all customer, both internal and external receive the highest levels of service
· Develop service network for our customers in China and provide installation training to local service providers in China

Sales Focus
· Maximize the sales values of each new, remodeling and replacement project plus optimizing the profits of the company
· Continually examine procedures and work practices within the sale functions and implement new procedures where required

Project Responsibility
· New stores-remodeling projects-rollouts - replacement projects
· Manage each and every project from initial order receipt through to completion, ensuring that all equipment is available on site when required.
· Ensure all the equipment detail of each order is 100% accurate, and to ensure all equipment is available on time and complete
· Liaise with all customers'equipment department regularly to obtain accurate information on installation dates and to ensure all compulsory equipment is incorporated into the equipment packages
· Ensure all non-conformances within the sale functions are documented, actioned and procedures and initiatives introduced long terms to ensure no repeat incidents arise
· Ensure information and updates are provided to internal customers in a timely and efficient manner
· Provide project schedules to ensure compliance with lead times


Processes
· Work with the established company systems and processes
· Manage and present all business report to the company as required on a timely and efficient manner
· Ensure collection of all receivables within the given credit terms, if any credit applies
· Use effectively the functions in China with respect to Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistic and customer service
· Continually examine ways to reduce costs to company in China and optimize the performance of the company in China
· Present quarterly business review in conjunction to all customers in China

The Ideal Candidate:
· Degree + a minimum of 3 years proven experience in QSR industry
· Execution focused with leadership skills, business flair, achievement and tasks oriented, independence, self motivated and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary attributes for this position
· Fluency in English
· Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
· Willingness to travel within China and to other company global locations

Remuneration:
· Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate
