Major Responsibilities

1.Defining,developing,implementing infrastructure related procedures and preparing SOP.
2.Establishing Infrastructure standards of service for customers or clients.
3.Ensuring/Monitoring procedures are properly undersood, carried out.
4.Identifying relevant procedure related training needs and delivering training if necessary.
5.Monitoring infrastructure service performance by gathering relevant data(GPSC,Service Portal etc.) and producing statistical reports.
6.Infrastructure relevant complaint management.
7.Handling other Infrastructure internal cross-team tasks.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

1. Bachelor degree in Information Technology or comparable
2. Experience in IT operation area at least 3 years
3. Sound knowledge in processes of IT operation
4. Strong influence and communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and schedule adherence.
6. Role model for the Bayer LIFE Values, Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency.
7. Work under pressure
