Position Title : Assistant HR Manager (HRBP) - 以零售项目为主
Department : Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities:
Function as Retail HR project business partner to launch HR initiatives, projects and support long term HR strategy by working closely with Associate Director, Retail HR.
- Support Associate Director, Retail HR to closely follow up HR KPIs (turnover, productivity, bonus rate, payroll %, HC, etc.) and propose action plan to monitor
- Work with line manager in the design, development and implementation of HR strategic plan and tactics in collaboration with BP team
- Work with line manager in the organizational design and workforce planning to enable the right organization capability and support business growth
- Be a HR consultant to understand internal customer needs and be partnership with BP team to work out the solutions/optimize the programs
- Develop and execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment, new system launch, employee engagement and communications, and provide guidance for the implementation
- Monitor the execution excellence of HR strategic plans, tactics and programs. Feedback the team about the implementation results for further program optimization
- Build and support an employee engagement strategy that facilitate organizational performance and enable successful organizational change
- Collaborate with other peers to share best practices, critical needs issues
- Other Retail HR projects assigned
Qualification:
- 8+ years of HR experience from sizable MNCs in working closely with stakeholders in the design, development, and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, including change management, training and development, staffing, and succession planning, performance management, organizational development. Retail industry is preferred
- Business acumen, progressive experience in providing HR management services in a high-growth environment. OD background is a good plus
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change
- Dynamic, growth mindset and flexible, able to work under pressure and into details
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good English communication skills
